With almost 260 reviews on the site for 2019, the Best Tech of 2019 is a difficult post to write. So I thought I would include the best tech of 2019 that I am still using now, my daily drivers. These are things I have reviewed and continued to use past the testing phase.
Sony WF-1000XM3 Truly Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones
The touch controls take a bit of getting used to, and it’s a shame they don’t, for now at least, allow you to change the volume on the earpieces, but you simply can’t get a more musical and engaging performance from a pair of truly wireless earbuds. We’re well and truly smitten.
SpinFit CP360 Eartips
Earphone tips never feel like a worthwhile investment, but having used these Spinfit Eartips for a month I can confirm it is. They have a deeper more secure fit, and overall the sound is improved.
Ember Mug2
The Ember Mug2 feels like a tea drinkers mug, as coffee drinkers will have a filter coffee of 3 cups, this won’t last 3 cups worth of coffee. Whereas a hot tea for an hour sounds rather nice.
Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse
Overall, this is the mouse to have in your life. It’s quick, precise and has some amazing tech behind it.
Logitech G613 Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Overall I am in love with the G613 from Logitech. Its lightning-fast, a wide range of features and the whole experience is just spot on.
ROCCAT Taito Control XXL-Wide Gaming Mousepad
Overall if you are after a mouse to last a lifetime then this is the one to go for. You haven’t lived till you’ve used an XXL mouse pad for your whole desk.
Tile Bluetooth Trackers 2019
For under £100 you can get enough trackers for everything important in your life. The tune played is loud, as long as it’s not under a pile of dirt or sand. The stickers are the star of the show, as I can now keep an eye on my remotes.
Flic Smart Button
I think anyone with smart devices should look into getting these. Though it may not solve every problem, it allows for some great customization.
Ninja Blender & Soup Maker
I can’t rate this more than 10/10 but I wish I could because I can’t find fault with it – and I’ve tried, for the sake of balance. If you’re looking for ways to eat healthier, especially if you work hectic shifts, while also having the flexibility to make cold drinks during hotter weather, this will be the blender for you.
mophie powerstation USB-C XXL
This is a fantastic battery for any USB-C device owners. This is especially true if you have a laptop which powers via USB-C.
SHARK DuoClean Powered Lift-Away Anti Hair Wrap AZ950UK Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner
If you are after an all-in-one cleaner, then the Shark DuoClean AZ950UK is what you need. The Anti Hair tech alone is the reason to get this. No more do I have to spend a morning cutting out hair from the rollers. This is 100 times better then the VAX Platinum.
Xiaomi Mi Band 4
The Mi Band 4 is an impressive fitness tracker. Its long list of features for less then £50 is a huge achievement.
Razer Hammerhead Duo Headphones
Whilst I don’t rate wired headphones personally because I find the cable to be troublesome, I think the Razer Hammerhead Duo Headphones are a mid-budget choice that performs as you’d expect. The dual-driver technology makes a difference in the overall sound profile when compared to single-driver options, but can’t deliver the truly immersive experience of Active Noise Cancelling headphones.
BlueAir Blue Pure 411 Air Purifier
This is a must have for any room in the house. It can run in the background and clears the air in the room and also leaves a lovely smell running through it.
Dicota Backpack STYLE
It looks great, has more space than anyone would need and sections I am still discovering, and best of all, it fits really well on your back. I’ve walked around London for a whole day with this and I didn’t get any problems.
Blueair Classic 405 Air Purifier
This is a must have for any large house/flat. It can run in the background and clears the air in the room and also leaves a lovely smell running through it.
Jumpgate dock for Switch and smart devices
Skull & Co., have promised that the Jumpgate Dock and Core Drive works perfectly even with the latest update, complete with video proof. With every update, they post a new video showing the dock working. A nice added bonus is the designs based on various popular Nintendo consoles.
NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV 2018
Overall I think this is the must-have TV box to have in your home. Gamers and TV bingers will love this because it’s powerful and future proof.
