With Super Smash Bros Ultimate out in the wild, Nintendo decided to release a version of their Switch Pro Controller to play alongside it. This was incredibly difficult to get but it looks awesome.

Unboxing was straightforward, there
The whole controller has a nice clean feel to it, and the shine on the main logo is noticeable and looks awesome. The white on the handles are a matte white, and the grey is like the original controller.

- This controller includes many of the features found in the Joy-Con Controllers: Motion controls, HD rumble, built-in
amiibo functionality and more - This special edition Super Smash Bros. Nintendo switch pro controller features the Super Smash Bros. logo for the main facade

This controller is great to hold in my hand and has an Xbox 360 controller feel. The buttons are a lot larger than the Joy-Cons and are a lot easier to hit. The D-pad is a great addition too, as I always feel this was lacking from the Joy-Cons. I do still have issues with the Z buttons as they don’t depress as much as I would like.

You can also use amiibo on your Nintendo Switch by tapping them to the NFC touchpoint on the Controller itself. Battery life is great at around 40 hours, but this can fluctuate with use.

Now for the rub, this is exactly the same as the original Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. As in, remove the decals, and it is the same Pro Controller just £30ish more.
But there is something about the look and feel of this controller that makes it a different kind of product. I am playing Super Smash better when using it. Time has been put into the design for the controller.
