The wireless charge pad includes two USB-C ports: one to power the MC300 and one to charge your headphones or other compatible devices.
Anyone can assemble the MC300 in a few easy steps. Simply push down the collar, insert the stand and release the collar to secure it in place. Hang up your headphones, and start charging your compatible device. I will add that this wasn’t clear until I read the included instructions.
There are two USB-C ports on the back of the base. One is to power the wireless charger, with the included cable. The second is to charge a second device via USB, this is made possible with the shorter USB-C to USB-C cable. I ended up using the second port to power a second wireless charger.
There is a white LED which will stay on when the device is powered. It’ll breathe when charging a device and go red when a non-wireless chargeable device is placed on top. I did have some issues charging my phone, as it would charge for 30 seconds and then disconnect. I found turning off fast wireless charge fixed this issue.
Overall, the MC300 Wireless Charge Pad and Headphone Stand is a space saver’s dream and looks great in the process.
