It’s incredibly easy to use, just freeze the bowl for approximately 12 hours, while you wait, mix your ingredients and pre-chill it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours. Take out the frozen bowl and fill it with your chilled mix. Finally, attach the lid and mixer and turn it on. The motor stirs the mixture in the frozen bowl, giving you fresh ice cream in around 20 minutes.
With just 4 removable components the set-up process could not be any simpler. With an easy-to-follow instruction manual, you will be up and running in minutes. Plus the removable lid, stirrer and freezer bowl make it easy clean!
The only negative I have is that there is no recipe book. It would be a nice addition to have included a little recipe book on how to make basic ice cream, sorbet and yoghurt. Just to get you started. I found we had to do a lot of trial and error before finding the best mixture for this machine.
