The Ellipse Trilogy Candle comes in a solid black box. It’s all black except for the WoodWick logo on the top and bottom. Lifting the lid, and you are greeted by an amazing smell. This is the combination of the 3 fragrances and it makes you want to light it as soon as possible.
The candle is in an ellipse shape. It features the WoodWick wooden lid, with a black rubber seal to keep it fresh. It also has a WoodWick sticker on the front.
The candle uses a Pluswick, this is a wooden wick shaped like a cross. This innovative wick design has two main advantages. The wick burns steadily and straight and also creates a crackling sound. Lighting this in the evenings brings images of a wooden fireplace.
The three fragrances I had were Crimson Berries, Frasier Fir and White Teak. Crimson Berries had the smell of juicy Christmas berries blended with a touch of warm spice and mistletoe essence. Frasier Fir truly captures the essence of fresh-cut fir on a crisp winter morning. White Teak is warm and cosy like a crackling fireplace on snowy Christmas eve.
