The Aqua Blade has been designed to feature stainless steel, precision ground blade. If your blade does not last for the life of your product Wahl will, at its option, repair or replace the blades. Keeping the blades clean and oiled will maximise the power and battery life of the product for optimum performance.

Normally Wahl is my go-to for trimmers of any sort as they are generally of excellent quality. I had high hopes for this going by the previous reviewers, but sadly I can’t give the aqua blade the review I was hoping for.
In terms of shaping the beard, it does that well. It leaves clean lines every time, but as a trimmer, it’s quite a poor finish compared to other trimmers. My last trimmer took a maximum of 2 passes to tidy my beard, with the whole beard taking only a few minutes. The aqua blade on the other hand took numerous passes (I lost count) to achieve a half-decent finish and took significantly longer to get a good trim.
Lots of hairs get missed. One issue that’s quite frustrating is that it does pull the hair a lot. Never had a trimmer pull so much. Given how much it does pull, it’s fair to say that it’s quite uncomfortable to use.
Overall, I will be unlikely to use the WAHL Aqua Blade Beard and Stubble Trimmer again.
