These are some of the lightest shoes I have ever used. The entire design is minimalist, and it means that I barely feel like I am wearing shoes. It feels like something a NASA scientist would have come up with.
Due to that lightweight design, the shoe becomes almost see-thru, as the material is so light or woven in that way. The toe box is designed to match the exact shape of your foot, and this means that it fits perfectly

The hexagonal design on the sole and is a trademark of Vivobarefoot. I feel like it allows my foot to move a lot easier in different directions. Any movement I can do in barefoot, I can do in these Primus Lites. Having been wearing them for a couple of months, I have found it difficult to find any wear and tear.
Due to the minimal design, there is a lack of padding. But there is a bit of cushioning on the ankle. But these are about as close to running barefoot as I can find. I would suggest due to the lack of padding to aim for a size smaller then you would normally pick.
These are really high quality and a great accessory to have if you are a fan of running. I find I move a lot quicker when wearing these. I roll them up and they fit into my backpack, so when I go to the gym they are easy to take with me.
