Samsung Electronics announces the UK’s only ‘We Come To You’ mobile smartphone and tablet repair service. Operating nationwide, Samsung-trained technicians, in custom-built mobile workshops, visit Samsung customers wherever they are in the UK, to complete rapid in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
With a fleet of over 60 custom-built, lab-tech mobile workshops nationwide, the Samsung ‘We Come To You service’ is available in almost 95% of UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland.

Prices are confirmed at the when you book. Technicians aim to complete repairs within one hour. All work is guaranteed for 12 months, whilst Samsung warranties remain unaffected. A 125-point health-check, using Samsung’s unique diagnostic application, completes the process.
Using specialist equipment and genuine Samsung parts, Samsung-trained technicians deliver the same high standard of repair. Provided by all Samsung accredited service channels, including its 40-strong estate of high street service centres.
