Mighty Brew Kombucha is an independently owned, a family-run business started in 2016. They aim to create organic and vegan-friendly products, whilst making sure everything they produce has a great taste.
Mighty Brew uses time-honoured brewing processes to create fully-fermented, raw, unpasteurised kombucha bursting with life and made from the highest quality teas and premium botanicals.
All their kombucha is Certified Soil Association Organic and Vegan Certified, free from artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, sweeteners and GMOs
I was lucky to try their, sparkling Lemongrass Kombucha. This drink had a huge hit of citrus and tangy taste of lemongrass. This was a very intense lemon taste but was incredibly refreshing. When drinking it, you can tell this is organic, as it has a very natural taste to it.
Furthermore, I had a glass of this with a spicy Thai curry, and the flavours worked well together. This is a lot tastier than a sugary lemonade.
Overall, this is a great alternative to energy drinks and alcoholic beverages. Also, I will be grabbing a bunch of these for the summer, serving over ice.
