You may be initially fooled, by how light the bottle is. For some reason, I expected like an oxygen tank. But due to air being very light, the can feels like there is nothing there. There is a mouth section on the top which gives you room for your nose to breath normally. You put over your mouth, click the switch and breath in the air.
You get two different sizes, 5 liters for 110 inhalations and 9 liters for 200. The smaller size bottle is great for bringing to school, or the gym to get that added boost. While the bigger size is for home, I tend to use it after I’ve finished for the day. It’s a great way to relax.
Eucalyptus oil is used as inhaling eucalyptus can relax the nervous system and muscles and works well for relieving stress. As its aroma is stimulating, it reduces mental fatigue and rejuvenates. This makes it great for before or after travel, especially if you are a nervous traveler.
