I found this much better than even the Karcher steamer- it actually collects the dirty water from the grout lines on tiles and gives it a polish after it washes.

I have battled with a cream shiny tiled floor on most of the bottom floor of our house matched with kids and a golden retriever, but at last, I have honestly found the solution.
