The Yeelight Smart Multi colour LED Bulb W3 works really well with the major smart home platforms, such as Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings. You can also adjust the light with a touch on the Yeelight app anytime anywhere.
You have access to 16 million colours allowing you to set up any scene you feel like. I loved the inclusion of pre-set modes such as movie mode or party mode. This meant that in a pinch, I could find the mood lighting I wanted.
A great feature is that the W3 bulb integrates with including Razer Chroma™ RGB and Overworld. Guys, this is huge! This means when playing Fortnite the nights in the room can match up with my keyboard and mouse. I don’t know why more bulbs don’t do this.
You can sync the W3 bulb with your music, so it works as a visualizer for whatever tracks you are playing. In theory, this is a good idea, but the tracks have to be heavy bass for the lights to keep up. Quieter tracks tend to not make a dent. I like that there is no hub, so you can just plug in the bulb and link it to the app.
Power-wise these use around 0.3 watts in standby mode. Turning them off and on is easy, as you can use the app or your smart home of choice.
Overall, I was really impressed by the Yeelight Smart Multi colour LED Bulb W3. Finally, make sure to check out Jabba Reviews for more deals and reviews. Also, don’t forget to connect with the Jabba Reviews team on our Facebook or Twitter pages.
