SpeedComfort Radiator Fan Review

Speedcomfort is a radiator fan that uses smart thermometers to boost the heat from your radiators. This would help save money on bills, as you can turn it off due to quicker heating times. The smart thermometer means you can leave this plugged in and it will turn itself on or off.

Fitting the unit took under 5 seconds to do. All I had to do was unpack the unit and place under my radiator. The magnets on the sides then extended out and secured the unit. Then I just connected the two with the included cable and plugged it in. The best thing is there are a wide collection of parts to secure the units to radiators of any size. Lastly, I attached the heat sensor and it goes to work.

SpeedComfort Radiator Fan What’s included:

  • 2 x SpeedComfort
  • 1 x 12V Adapter (UK) – cable length 1.8m (71in)
  • 1 x Thermosensor – cable length 65cm (26in)
  • 2 x Connector Cable 30cm (12in)

What I love about this is there is no app, no wifi setup. It connects and gets plugged in. It’ll then do all the leg work for you. Once it powers on, warm air fills the room. This also helps pull as much heat as possible from the radiator. Though you would still need to make sure you do everything you can to keep the heat in.

Though I’d need more time to analyse temperatures etc, I can say that the room feels warmer when this is on. The air in the room is warmer, and bonus I found it dried the clothes in the room a lot quicker than when it’s off. The noise is very low and the fact it’s behind the sofa means I have to sometimes check it is running. In regards to the money-saving aspect, I will need more time to compare numbers. But logically I can see why this would help.
