The Skullcandy Indy ANC Noise Canceling True Wireless Earphones are the pinnacle of their Indy true wireless family. With everything from touch controls to Active Noise Canceling to Personal Sound to wireless charging, these are a perfect choice if you love to have it all.

The design choice is to stabilize the earbud in your ear. The included tips off a secure fit, while keeping out a lot of sounds. This allowed me to keep them relatively low volume, as highs were rather rattly. The Indy case is small, compact and wirelessly chargeable. Also, it fits perfectly in a pocket. The included buds allowed me to find the best fit, while also keeping out the most amount of noise.

The case and earbuds hold around 35 hours of battery life. You can pop the whole case onto a wireless charging pad to charge it up. Or, you can use the rapid charge feature to get 2 hours of play from a 10 min charge.

Controls are based on gesture controls. This is using the touch-sensitive panel on the top of each earbud. A double-tap will skip a track, as well as accept/end calls. This is on both earbuds. A long-press on the left earbud pauses/plays music, with the right activating the assistant. A great feature is sliding up and down to increase or decrease the volume. It’s a very natural motion and works well.

I love the inclusion of Tile finding technology. If you ever misplace either of your earbuds, you can “ring” them from the free Tile app. So what might have seemed lost, is now quickly found.

Audiodo™ technology in the Skullcandy App analyzes the hearing in your left and right ear, then automatically adjusts the audio to optimal levels for your specific hearing. So you’ll experience sounds in your audio that you’ve never heard before. I found this massively helped to turn a mediocre sound experience into an amazing one.
