I was excited to find out I can get high-definition stereo sound through either wired or wireless with Bluetooth. These support aptX, aptX HD, AAC and SBC codecs so you are sure your music always sounds its best. The closed-back design keeps out background noise, letting me hear subtle details more clearly, even at lower volume levels.
With a 10 minute charge, I get around 5 hours of playtime through the 400mAh large capacity lithium battery and continuous play of 54-60 hours on a full charge. Also, I get a staggering 50 days standby time which means I don’t need to ever worry about being caught out with an empty battery.
Phone calls are clear and the mic picks up my voice with no problem. Also, Bluetooth 5.0 provides rock-solid connectivity. Meaning it streams high-quality audio from Android or Apple devices without dropping out with a range of up to 13 metres.
Finally, to make the P23BT a genuine portable travel headphone it incorporates a folding mechanism on the headband. Therefore, this makes it ideal for me to take them without making a big space impact in my bag or backpack.
