The Skull & Co. Animal Crossing Limited Edition GripCase is a flexible case that covers the whole back of the Switch, offering different size grips which can be exchanged as you want.

The big thing is the look of the Skull & Co. Animal Crossing Limited Edition GripCase. It has a great “Off White”, with the Animal Crossing green and blue. Though I have a grey switch, I think this would look way better with the blue and green joycons.

The GripCase is flexible and covers the entire Switch. This adds overall protection to it, which some grips don’t offer. You can still access the game slot, but the kickstand and SD-slot are now covered. The buttons are now covered as well, so may need a slightly harder push to adjust volume and turn on.

One issue I had with the original version of this case, was the bumper covers were difficult to use. I found that the L/R bumpers could be remedied by cutting out that little tab connecting the bumper portion to the rest of the case. This meant that the bumper covers were a lot more responsive. This Animal Crossing Limited Edition GripCase doesn’t have this issue.

I found I could play a game for a couple of hours more then I could before I had the grip. It feels very natural in your hand.

The ability to pick and change grips is very useful when sharing the Switch, as my hands are bigger than my wives. This means we can attach smaller grips for her, and bigger ones for me. The fact you can get different colours is a bonus.
