The ROCCAT Vulcan 120 AIMO Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is a precision gaming tool that lets you sense its performance from the first glance and the first keystroke. Developed following the renowned principles of German design and engineering, it is the best keyboard ROCCAT has ever built.
The Vulcan 120 comes with a wrist rest, RGB lighting and media controls including a volume dial. I like that the wrist rest can be removed, which makes for easy packing if needed. It will stay in place with magnets.

It also features the Titan switches, which are very similar to MX Brown switches. I prefer the Titan switches as they feel a lot clickier. I found the keyboard to be very responsive, this is great for gaming as well as writing reviews every day. They are also quite, and not as loud as some other mechanical keyboards I have played with. Roccat claim:
“The switches, designed from the ground up, were built for gamers craving a keystroke that was swift and precise while still being tactile.
As well as a tactile and silent 1.8mm actuation point with a 3.6mm travel distance, the switches feature structural housing to reduce wobble while being pressed.”
Each key has a clearance around it, which means detritus can get stuck a bit more easily. Though this is easily resolved, as the keycaps can be removed. These keycaps are also translucent, allowing the individual RGB lighting to shine through. RGB is controlled with the Roccat Swarm software. The software allows for multiple profiles and different themes and effects per profile.
