The PowerA MOGA attaches to my Xbox controller with a satisfying snap. If you don’t get it straight on, you can slide it into place. There are cutouts for all the buttons and ports on the controller. The MOGA will snap into the same place each time, meaning you will always have access to the correct points. I can easily access the 3.5mm port and the connect button.
The phone holder is spring-loaded and can adjust to the size of any phone. There are cutouts for the phone buttons, but this may vary depending on the phone itself. It had no trouble holding our S10+ or S20 Ultra.
PowerA has utilised a two-point system to hold your phone. This allows for 220 degrees of connection. Each point is strengthened by a knob, this can be twisted to strengthen the grip.
The grip design has one flaw, which is that it’s top-heavy. This means that if I place it on a table, it will fall over. It needs an anchor or kickstand that can be used when not in use.
