A pure eSports wireless PS4™ game controller. With bleeding-edge technology, the Nacon Revolution Unlimited Pro PS4 Controller is fully customisable and includes chat and wireless audio functions. Enter the arena!

Nacon are the godfathers of controllers. So when I first held the Revolution Unlimited Pro I could tell it was a Nacon controller. The whole controller has a rubberised feel to it, which creates a great amount of grip. But this will also collect fingerprints, which is why a cloth is included with it. The right thumbstick has a LED ring around it, which will change colour based on the profile you are using. The touchpad has little face button logos all over it. Sticks can be easily adjusted thanks to interchangeable heads (concave or convex) and shafts (different diameters). Additional weights can be added to the concealed compartments on each of the controller’s handles. Also, there are 4 programmable buttons on the grips and it all comes in a hard shell carry case.

The controller is designed to be customised to how you like to play. The 4 buttons can be programmed to what you want, you can play via the wireless receiver or USB Cable. You can then flip between 4 different profiles, which will alter how the controller works.

The profiles have default setting associated with them, but you can change them as much as you want. To do this, you need to use Nacom software. You can alter button mapping, left and right stick response curve, stick and axis inversion, dead zone sensitivity for each trigger, and vibration intensity, the customisation possibilities are endless. The software is vast and isn’t something you can just use. You would need to learn it, test it and tweak as you go.
The physical hardware can be customised as well. You can add weights to the grip to make it heavier or lighter, the thumbsticks can be made taller or shorter and the heads can be replaced with either convex or concave.

The whole controller just feels so good in the hand. Also, the buttons all have a tangible feel to them, and a nice clicky response on the face buttons. The layout matches that of the Xbox One, which is my prefered layout. The 4 programmable buttons on the underside are easy to access, but avoid being used unintentionally.
Overall, the Revolution Unlimited Pro PS4 Controller is an absolute must-have for any PS4 gamer. The customisation aside, the look and feel are so much better than the standard PS4 controller. Finally, check out Jabba Reviews. Also, follow us on Twitter or Facebook.
