Moving Out on Nintendo Switch. Are you ready for an exciting career in furniture? Smooth Moves may not be the biggest moving company, but there’s no task too dangerous or strange for this busy team of go-getters. Grow your business to brave new heights, recruit colourful customizable characters, and save your town from furniture peril!

Moving Out reminds me a lot of Team17s other Switch game, Overcooked. The top-down view, wacky look and humour all feel very similar. Similar isn’t bad either, it’s a great format and style. The game follows you around town moving people out of their homes or other premises. Some are small and easy to carry, such as a vase. But others are bulky and difficult to move, such as a sofa or bed. You can also jump through windows or walls.

This is built to be played with a friend. Though I will admit having fun with the single-player. This is the kind of game that will break up marriages, as your wife drops the end of the sofa causing the window to break. Not to mention shouting commands at your co-worker to move the sofa into the van while you pull out the fridge.

The game starts with you driving to a location to start your job. You can then see all the items that need moving, and one by one you grab them and put them in the van. Once the level has completed you then have additional objectives to complete, such as not breaking windows. This little addition adds a huge amount of replayability and keeps you playing the game longer. You also earn some extra points in the process.
Overall, Moving Out on Nintendo Switch follows in the footsteps of Overcooked and is a fantastically fun game to play. Finally, check out our other gaming reviews. Also, don’t forget to connect with the Jabba Reviews team on Facebook or Twitter.
