Lypertek has gone for an attractive and understated design with the SoundFree S20 – sporting a minimal look that has been finished to a very high standard. The charging carry case has a textured finish that avoids the risk of fingerprint markings and is reliably built with a premium feel.
The case is small enough to easily slip into a pocket, and the charging indicator lights have been placed on the front of the case for ease of use.
The charging case ticks all the boxes for me. A good solid lid, magnets for the earbuds, USB-C charging and wireless charging. The battery lasts up to 8h on one charge + up to 40h via the charging case.
The sound quality is on-point. Overall, a nice balanced sound with a good amount of bass. The low end is deep and rich, with the higher end being crisp and clear. This is all helped with the tight seal, as you can hear all the sound. The result is music that’s perfectly tailored to your hearing profile.
The S20 were easy to pair, and the connection is stable through my use. They turn on when I take them out of the case and will connect automatically. Also, will then disconnect when I put them back in the case. Also, they have an IPX5 water-resistant design that protects from rain and sweat
