With summer on the horizon, then the Kikkerland Collapsible Wicker Print Picnic Cooler Basket & Seat would be a great accessory. Not only is this a collapsable cooler basket, but it also acts as a seat.
When testing this I found it keeps things hot and cold for around four hours. So my toasted sarnies and hot sausage rolls survived the walk down to the park and were nice and toasty for me to eat.
The basket is 5.8 gallons/22 litre, which is quite frankly too much space for a couple. But this would be fantastic for a family looking for something for their picnic. The carry weight is around 35 lbs/15 kg.
As I said this also acts as a seat. So in testing the sitting capacity is around 180 lbs/80 kg. So this means a big no for your truly but a big yes for the wifey.
Now for the prestige, this is only a wicker effect. The whole basket is soft, except for the collapsable insides. The wicker effect is a nice touch and from a distance does fool people.
