On GUNPIG: Firepower For Hire on Nintendo Switch join alien pest control specialist (and possibly shortest mercenary in the galaxy) Bax Torpini, as he fights to rid Stalwart Academy, a school space station, of a rogue horde of out-of-control robot space monsters!

This is a game that is built around weapons. There is a nice variety of weapons to keep you occupied. They vary in firepower, range and speed, you will the best weapons to take down any bosses.
The enemies are as varied as the weaponry. Some will come right out and attack you, while others will just fire at you from a distance. They can be quite easy to defeat, once you realise they turn off their shields to replenish their life bar. The levels have hidden areas and secret collectables you can find. So I would recommend looking around and firing at the level to try and find a hidden location.

Controls are easy to pick up and can be inverted if needed. Due to the length of the game, it doesn’t time to get boring. I’d love to see a save option for this game, as the whole point of the Switch is to flip between games. Also, a local two-player addition would be awesome.

Overall, GUNPIG: Firepower For Hire on Nintendo Switch is a fun short game to bet you teeth into. Finally, check out our site for other reviews. Also, don’t forget to connect with the Jabba Reviews team on Facebook or Twitter.
