Valco has sold their VMK19 Headphones to thousands of giddily thankful customers all over the world. As promised, they spent all their profits on beer and alimony payments, so now they have to sell more headphones. Thus, we have the new and improved Valco VMK20 Wireless ANC Headphones.
The Valco VMK20 Wireless ANC Headphones arrived in an all-black hard case, with the Valco logo on the front. Inside are the VMK20 headphones, and an aeroplane adapter. There is a mesh pocket that holds the 3.5mm headphone cord and a USB-C cable. Also, I have to praise Valco on their instructions or the user manual for dummies. On the back is a warning not to use it as toilet paper, which is a good reminder to everyone. There’s a dickbutt hidden on a page and the English are in Murican! I don’t think I have sat and read an instruction manual all the way through.

The headphones themselves have a gone away from the wood on the outside and decided to go with a striking grey grill. The grey on the black headphone is very cool. The earcups were designed by the Finnish designer Ratamo industrial design. Their fabric coating does not just look cute and light, it also serves a distinct purpose – it tolerates moisture, dirt and wears better than wood. Besides that it protects the noise-cancelling microphones making them less susceptible to wind.
The Bluetooth antenna has been re-designed giving the connection a boost. The control buttons have been strengthened to avoid getting stuck. The mic has been upgraded to a CVC6, allowing you to fully enjoy those great Teams and Hangouts moments with the assholes from work.
The sound is a lot more balanced now, with less emphasis on the bass. They used the Meze Empyrean headphones as a reference and based the soundscape on them. Finally, the sound is purely accurate and precise.
Overall, these may be the best ANC Headphones of 2021. The Valco VMK20 Wireless ANC Headphones fit amazingly and sound great.
