BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre on Nintendo Switch is a shooter with strong RPG elements – not that rocket-propelled gun, though. The game itself takes place in Hell where the main hero, Lou, is to find milk and rescue the hottest Mistress from the clutches of a fat clown. The game consists of four levels/chapters representing different areas of Hell, such as the hellish Big Wac fast food café, Skeleton Slums and the Red Light District. The idea behind those levels is to kill specific bosses. Each boss represents a unique multistage fight and it is pretty challenging.

You take your character through 4 chapters, killing enemies and rescuing characters in cages. You have the standard long and short-range weapons to choose from and a boss battle at the end of each chapter.
Each weapon has a secondary function, which is great for reaping enemies in one go. There is a rage meter, which is filled by collecting orbs from killed enemies. Once filled you can release an energy beam which will kill all enemies and also make you invincible. I tend to keep this back for when I get pinned down.

Overall, BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre is a solid two-stick shooter. But it lacks anything new to other games in the same genre. The look is OK but feels a bit clunky in places.
