These are packaged extremely well, which is what I come to expect with AUKEY products. From the price, I assumed these would be cheap and plastic, but they have a very premium feel to them and the case.
There are three LEDs on the case to indicate battery level. The earbuds work for over 5 hours on a single charge, and the charging case extends playback to more than 30 hours on-the-go. Recharge the case using wireless charging or USB-C fast charging. There are also a couple of earbuds included to find the best fit. These have sensors so they will pause and then play when taken out and put back into the ears. There’s also a multi-functional button for music player controls.
Pairing with my phone was super quick, and the ultra-low-latency technology accelerates audio processing. This creates perfect syncing with games and video.
I took a call on these and was blown away by how crisp and clear the audio was. This was on both ends of the call, with my mum saying she heard could hear me just fine. Listening to music is also an experience. Voices and instruments are easy to pick out and sound very clear. Though I did find that the bass was a tad lacking compared to other earphones I have used. Rock and jazz sound rich and vibrant, while hip-hop and RnB sound like they are missing something.
