The whole plastic exterior looks ok and is a typical no-frills practical design. When charging 4 devices at the same time, the battery didn’t seem to overheat.

Charging times are equal to those of a wall power plug thanks to the PD protocol. Charging the power bank can be done via the Type-C input.
