Featuring a touch control area on the stems of ComfoBuds 2 earbuds, you can control the music playback, answer/hang-up calls, activate the voice assistant all without ever picking up your phone. And you can customize your settings in 1MORE MUSIC APP for your convenience.
With a meticulously crafted semi in-ear design, you can just ‘hang’ the ComfoBuds 2 earbuds in your ears, achieving a snug and less intrusive fit. A single earbud weighs in at only 4.3g, almost making you forget you’re wearing them.
The Gaming Mode in 1MORE MUSIC APP reduces the latency to 100ms when playing mobile games to sync the audio with the action on screen, making you never miss the match point, achieving an enjoyable gaming experience.
With single earbuds weighing only 4.3g, 1MORE Comfobuds 2 are very comfortable to wear even for long time use. When using them, feel the music beat only instead of the earbuds themselves.
1MORE ComfoBuds2 True Wireless Earbuds Review
Dual ENC microphones on each earbud work with an advanced algorithm to effectively suppress the environmental noise, ensuring you always sound clear — whether you’re taking calls from a busy office or a noisy street.
First of all, I was curious about how well these would perform as they are at a reasonably low price point. On opening the box these appeared to be made to a very high standard. The buds come with two sets of ear tips (more on this later) and a charging case and lead. All are very useful and are charged ready to go.
I changed these up a little more before using them and found that the system works well. One thing I do like about these is that they are very clearly labelled left and right. No more squinting at the earbuds to see if you can read an engraved same colour R or L! Most helpful.
Trying these in my ears I found that the tips that were on were too large and so I changed them for the smaller tips. This is where I first had problems and where the loss of a star comes in. It was extremely difficult to remove the tips and in the end, I ended up ripping the larger tip. Not a significant problem as I was changing them for the smaller tip, however, if you wanted to mix and match it wasn’t great. The other issue is that the smaller ones are a touch too small and so an intermediate size like other manufacturers provide would have been helpful.
Having sorted the tips I found these to be very comfortable. The next challenge was painting them with my phone. Straight forward surely – no. 20 minutes after trying to pair they finally did. For some reason, they list a device that is listed as 1More but isn’t the buds. I had to wait 10 minutes until the buds appeared on the Bluetooth list. Once connected they appear to still connect on an ongoing basis which is fine.
The sound quality is rather good. I have tried these with talk radio stations, classical music, ska and brit-pop. All of these I think are clear and have a superb bass sound – with a little adjustment in the ear. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality was this good with these headphones. There was no muffling and the range of tones was great.
The controls on the earbuds take a bit of getting used to or that could just be my ham-fisted fingers however once you get used to these it becomes very intuitive.
Overall, the 1MORE ComfoBuds2 True Wireless Earbuds are very much worth a look. Due to the issues with the earpiece tips and the Bluetooth connection, these have lost a couple of points.
