I was originally worried this set would be another instance of style over substance. But I was very impressed by the look of the whole set and even more impressed by the quality of the knives themselves.
All 6 pieces are easy to hold and use, easy to clean and generally easy to keep in good condition. The most used pieces from this set already have scratches on the blade after a few months of using them but still able to be used so just some cosmetical issues.
The support is also nice, sturdy enough with enough weight to it that it can’t be knocked over. The kickstand design is nice, as from the front on it almost appears to be floating. Also, on the table, it looks very good, well organized and includes absolutely any type of knife needed in a regular kitchen.
Overall, the Viners Titan Gold 6 Piece Knife Block Giftbox is a great set. The price is high, but you get 6 quality blades for that.
