We do a lot of slow cooking which is great but the cooking time to tenderise is really hit-and-miss, especially with beef. The Ninja is a beef bourguignon in 25 minutes with the beef so tender you can cut it with a spoon and it melts in the mouth. Swap the lids for dumplings which are golden brown, a Navarin of lamb in 20 minutes, and chicken and chorizo in 15 minutes we don’t cook chips but sauté potatoes, these are done in 2 tablespoons of oil and come crispy they tale a bit longer but the results are amazing. So many more recipes to try.
Overall, the Ninja Foodi MAX Multi-Cooker is definitely worth the money and will pay for itself within a year saving on gas cooking on the hob and the oven.
