The Moshi SnapTo Universal Wireless Charging Car Mount comes with a cable that is just over a meter long. You will need a Moshi SnapTo Case to use this, so it not for just any phone. You’d need an iPhone.

The cases cost from £30 to £45 depending on which iPhone you use. Though a bit more money they do offer military-grade drop protection and a metallized frame for added style. Inside are indents for metal strips which allow for the case to be magnetized.

The SnapTo mount can be attached with the 3M sticker or using the clip on a vent. I tend to go for the clip, as it means I can move it around if needed. This has been in the car for three weeks and hasn’t fallen or slipped. Overall massively impressed by the materials and build quality of the case and mount. You then attach the USB-C end of the cable into the mount and the USB-A into the car charger.

Once all set up, simply place your phone on the mount, and it’ll stick and start charging. There’s a 10W wireless charger, and a little LED to indicate charging. The magnet is strong enough to hold 4 iPhones and can be moved landscape or portrait.

The negative for me is the cost you are looking at around £90, which is £60 for the mount and £30 for the cheaper case. The whole item is based around convenience. You just have to snap your phone on and it won’t go anywhere, it’ll also get a charge. Finally, check out our other charging reviews. Also, don’t forget to check on our Twitter and Facebook.
