JSAUX BG0106 Upgraded Carrying Case for Steam Deck
I’ve been an avid gamer for as long as I can remember. From vintage consoles to the latest handheld devices, I’ve seen it all. The Steam Deck is my latest obsession, but with great power comes great responsibility, and that responsibility is keeping it safe. Enter the JSAUX BG0106 Upgraded Carrying Case.
From the moment I laid eyes on the BG0106, it was clear that this was a carrying case designed with the gamer in mind. The grey Oxford cloth exterior exudes a subtle, professional look that masks the playful excitement of the gaming world within. Holding it in my hands, it felt sturdy and durable, promising to guard my precious Steam Deck against the rigors of everyday life.
Upon unzipping the smooth double zipper, I was greeted by an unexpectedly large storage space. I’ll admit, I was skeptical when the product description promised that I could store my original AC charger, docking station, a small power bank, headphones, and other accessories alongside my Steam Deck without removing its protective case. But the BG0106 didn’t just talk the talk, it walked the walk. The expanded storage space accommodated everything I needed. Finally, I had a case that kept my gaming essentials organized and readily accessible, a feature any gamer will appreciate.
The BG0106 isn’t just about storage; it’s about protection. The thickened EVA shell promised to resist external pressure and prevent collisions and falls. A built-in fleece compartment safeguards the screen from scratches. There’s even a groove design to ensure the handles aren’t pressed upon. Safety is clearly a top priority for JSAUX.
One of the features I appreciated most was the Velcro straps that secure the Steam Deck inside the case. As a gamer on the go, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to make do with ill-fitting cases that left my devices rattling around. But with the BG0106, my Steam Deck stays firmly in place.
And yet, despite all these features, the BG0106 manages to remain lightweight and portable. With a reinforced handle that feels secure and durable, I can easily take my Steam Deck anywhere. The size, 318mm x 139mm x 85mm, is perfect for on-the-go gaming. Whether I’m commuting, traveling, or just lounging around at home, my Steam Deck is safe and by my side.
But the BG0106 is not without its flaws. The UK charger plug, in particular, seemed to be an afterthought in the design. Unless placed precisely inside, it can force the case to bulge, a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent design.
In conclusion, the JSAUX BG0106 Upgraded Carrying Case is a must-have for any Steam Deck owner. With its ample storage, superior protection, and thoughtful design, it offers a level of convenience and safety that’s hard to find elsewhere. For these reasons, I’m giving the BG0106 an 8.5 out of 10. It’s a great buy if you need an all-in-one case for your Steam Deck and its accompanying accessories. Just bear in mind the minor issue with the UK charger plug, and you’re good to go. Happy gaming!
