- Recycled open cell PU foam insole
- Recycled rubber outsole
- Faux vulc cupsole
- Thinly padded tongue and collar
These have been getting rave reviews because they have a solid look to them. They feature a low-top profile and look great even when not skateboarding. They are lightweight and breathable, so are excellent for walking around town.
From a skating angle, these are a durable shoe. The outer sole, though recyclable is incredibly strong. I was surprised to learn even the shoelaces are made from recycled material. The faux-Vulc cup sole is a tad thin for my liking, but etnies made it strong enough to withstand a beating. The tongue and collar are padded to support the foot when doping kickflips and such.

One negative for me is the shoelace length. I found it quite short and did end up looking for longer replacements. I also found that though durable, the shoes do start to wear out quicker than the bulkier counterparts.
Overall, the etnies JAMESON 2 ECO Skateboard Shoe is a great choice for any eco skateboarders out there. They are padded and comfortable, with a slim profile.
