Cleer Audio FLOW II Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones Review
Their patented 40mm Ironless Driver™ technology is specially tuned to provide bold and articulate sound with optimized control, exceptionally low distortion and deep bass for hours of musical bliss. A 10-minute charge provides 2 hours of playback. A 20 hours of playback from a full charge with noise cancellation enabled.

In the box, they’ve included a hard-travel case to store the FLOW II headphones in, a 3.5 mm AUX cable to keep the music playing when you’re low on battery, and a USB-C cable to fast charge them with. There is also an in-flight adapter for those long haul flights. The 3.5mm cable is needed as this is the only way to get true Hi-Res audio.
The exclusive patented 40mm Ironless Drivers produce higher clarity and much richer details on tracks that I listen to. This is also helped by the sound they drown out even before the ANC is turned on. Their hybrid noise-cancelling headphones feature optimized passive and active isolation, suppressing wideband ambient noise of up to 30dB.
You can control the headphones via the soft-touch controls. Double-tap to play/pause, and then swipe around to skip and increase the volume. This works, but I still miss the physical button controls.
You can enjoy 20 hours of wireless playback time in ANC mode or around 40 hours of playtime in standard mode. USB-C charging means I can get around 2 hours of playtime after a quick 10 min charge. The soft foam earcups are comfortable and create a solid seal around the ears.
There is no Bluetooth 5.1 support, sticking with the old reliable 4.2. Though I tended to mostly use them with the cable, as I liked the High-Res functionality.
Overall, the Cleer Audio FLOW II Wireless Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Headphones have a great feel, awesome crisp sound, and awesome ANC. Finally, check out our other audio reviews. Also, don’t forget to connect with the Jabba Reviews team on Facebook or Twitter.
